At KASPIO, most of the products we drop are limited edition. Not only is this because of our commitment to sustainability, but also so we can keep our offerings fresh, exciting and surprising. Basically, we like to keep you guys on your toes. Once we have sold out on an item, there is no guarantee our pieces will be restocked. However if you love a certain piece let us know about it on our socials, we might be able to figure something out.

Please note that the most accurate measurement for your ring size is by knowing your exact circumference. KASPIO has therefore measured each ring's circumference for you to enjoy.


How should I care for my KASPIO pieces?

We ask that you treat your KASPIO pieces with love. 

  • Please take off the pieces when applying any type of lotions.
  • When not wearing, store your pieces in a safe and scratch-proof space.


What methods of payment does KASPIO accept?

We currently accept:

SHIPPING & DELIVERY


How long does it take to prepare and ship my order?

Typically it will take our team 24-48 hours to locate, package and ship your order.

What courier does KASPIO use?

KASPIO uses Australian Post for all local and international packages.


How much does shipping cost?

Domestic shipping: $5 flat rate

International Shipping: $20 flat rate.

Any orders over $50 qualify for FREE SHIPPING. No code needed at checkout.


How long does shipping take?

Due to the current situation with the COVID-19 pandemic KASPIO cannot give an exact time frame for delivery times. Our courier Australia Post may experience delays during this time, so while we send off your package for delivery within 48 hours of purchase, Australia Post is responsible for getting your package to you. We ask that you please be patient and if any issues arise please email the team at "[email protected]".

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return my KASPIO pieces?

Of course! KASPIO offers a full refund of all pieces so long as you can meet the following criteria:

  • Email and notify the team you wish to return within 14 days of the date the item was delivered. ("[email protected]")
  • The KASPIO piece is in perfect condition (Unless it is defected during transport).

If these conditions are met we ask that you ship the product back to us at your cost.

We will provide FULL compensation of delivery costs in the form of store credit. (We are working on a better system in which the courier will automatically charge us. For the time being please bear with us).
